Technical and Safety Training Courses
provided by GTSC, our highly specialized
On-the-Job Training programs take
trainees at any level - school drop outs to
university degree holders - and create
competent, successful, safety-conscious workers
in all areas such as Operation, Production,
Maintenance, Processing, Instrumentation,
Drilling, Well Intervention, Mechanical,
Electrical, HSE, etc. |

However, with the latest technology, GTSC has
developed an innovative hands-on training program
designed to eliminate the risk to staff and equipment
posed by under-trained or inexperienced employees in the
field. |

Our latest Technology Simulators provide trainees: |
- an excellent opportunity to experience real
world conditions where they learn by trial and error
to become competent in their job.
- the ability to learn how to master any equipment
safely without the risk of accident, saving money,
and surely, life and limb in the process.
|
Our training systems, known as Competency Based
Simulator Job Assignment, are designed specifically
for Drilling, Wireline, Coiled Tubing (Well
Intervention), Production Testing, Logging and Workover.
Courses run from six months to two years. At the end of
the training program, the successful trainee will be
issued International IADC or IWCF certification
as an approved competent person. |
