Gulf Technical and Safety Training Centre is the largest stand-alone training centre of its type in the Middle East. The centre which opened in April 1993 has trained over three hundred thousand students in both Technical and Safety Courses. Last year by itself, we had over 21,000 trainees from different parts of the world. We have carried out several On Job Training contracts for major Oil & Gas Companies in various countries. 

Also, we have drilled a well 1700 feet at our Center premises to provide technical training on Wireline and Coiled Tubing operations.

In our modern times both individuals and corporations have recognized the need of training to ensure they carry out their daily tasks with the highest level of Safety and Competency. As a Training Centre GTSC is committed to deliver both off the shelf and tailored courses to give staff a better understanding of Safety and Technical issues with a view to achieve zero accident results and a higher level of performance.

The combination of technical and safety related Training under one Training Establishment makes GTSC unique in its nature of providing comprehensive Training Services.

The Centre is designed to meet the needs of the Oil and non-Oil Industry and provide excellent Training Programs to impart the necessary standard of knowledge required by the individual Companies.

GTSC is an approved Assessment Center from the international bodies. Based on the memberships and relations with these bodies, GTSC can obtain all information requirements in order to update and develop training courses for our clients based on their requirements, with the additional experience of our qualified approved instructors.

We are proud to announce that our branch in Egypt and Kuwait is now fully operational, and that our Saudi Arabia branch will be functional soon.

GTSC - Egypt opened in 2005 is located at New Maadi. It is well equipped with 14 lecture rooms, an auditorium, internally located Drilling floor simulators ( Drillsim-500-Drilling Well Cap + Well Control & Production Simulator – GAS & OIL Simulator (GENSIM) – Drilling Operations Trainer (DOT) and a Drilling Management Trainer (DMT).
